Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM or during weekends and holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Processing times may vary during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will notify you using the contact information provided with your order.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be displayed at checkout.
All shipping charges will be disclosed before your order is completed.
Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
Budcracker Blvd currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier requirements, and applicable federal, state, or local regulations.
Certain products, including smoking accessories, may be restricted from shipment to specific jurisdictions.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that cannot be legally shipped or fulfilled. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, an appropriate refund will be issued.
Cannabis and cannabis-derived products are not sold or shipped through the Budcracker Blvd online store. Such products associated with the brand are available only through appropriately licensed dispensaries, subject to applicable laws.
International shipping is not currently available.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after a shipping label has been created or the package has been accepted by the carrier.
You can use the tracking information provided to monitor your shipment's progress.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please verify that your shipping information is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate address corrections before shipment. However, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or transferred to the shipping carrier.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
We take care when preparing orders for shipment and want your purchase to arrive in excellent condition.
If your package arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
